I am a general surgery resident at Carilion Clinic Virginia Tech. Following my PGY-4 year of residency I completed a research fellowship in Biodesign including a master's degree in biomedical engineering from VT-WF. My research focuses on building intelligent systems using ML/AI pipelines and device engineering training to build clinical tools and systems to improve medical / surgical care with cutting edge technology.
